Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGQ)

The ESMUC establishes, documents and maintains an Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGQ-ESMUC), in accordance with the indications established in the AUDIT-EAS program of the quality agency AQU Catalunya, under the indications and monitoring of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The SIGQ-ESMUC is a system based on the training processes that deploy the guidelines defined in the AUDIT-ESMUC program. In addition, the management model used seeks to follow the cycle of continuous improvement:

  • Identify what is being done and what you want to do and plan the tasks to be performed.

  • Carry out the planned tasks in compliance with the commitments acquired.

  • Review actions taken by gathering evidence, measuring results, and detecting deviations from initial goals.

  • Act by analyzing the causes of the deviations and determining improvement objectives.

The Internal Quality Assurance System consists of the Quality Manual, which sets out the basic lines of the quality policy, and the different processes related to the quality of all Esmuc training plans.
