Technical Support
When required, the Office will provide technical assessments in the audiovisual field of school productions (technical evaluations for concert cycles, conferences, DVD productions, etc.), and will make available the equipment it has.
It will also handle communication with suppliers, technical assistance services, and other technical and creative agents in the audiovisual field (contacting technical staff from L’Auditori, event coordinators, etc.).
The Office offers technical advice and support for undergraduate, postgraduate, master’s and research activities. It provides equipment and spaces (post-production rooms, recording studios), for carrying out projects (Final Projects, research, etc.) with a high technological component.
It also resolves issues and offers technical guidance on the use of equipment in specific rooms (recording and post-production rooms).
Technical assessment of requests for audiovisual software and hardware and technical advice on related issues (sound card latency, conflicts between software, etc.), in coordination with the IT Service.
Students working on their Final Projects can request technological advice (possibilities and limitations of the available equipment depending on the creative proposals of their preliminary project), when completing the Technical Form.
The Office will provide the necessary equipment to ensure the completion of the entrance exams. It will also offer technical advice for its proper use.
