The Audiovisual Office coordinates the audiovisual resources at ESMUC and provides technological support for teaching, as well as general activities and representation of the centre.

Services

The ESMUC Audiovisual Office offers competences related to the following activities:

  • Technical support and assistance for undergraduate and master’s degree programs, and speciality courses.

  • Audiovisual equipment loan service, reservation and use of specific recording and post-production rooms.

  • Sound engineering and audio recording of auditions and concerts organised by the Departments.

  • Recording, live production and post-production of audio and video for music cycles and concerts by Great Ensembles organised throughout the academic year.

  • Creation of audiovisual promotional material for the School’s activities.

  • Audiovisual support for seminars, conferences and other extracurricular activities organised by the School.

  • Support for the annual organisation of entrance exams.

  • Audio recording of graded Final Projects for the Bachelor’s degree and Master’s programme.

  • Support for recordings related to academic practices or aimed at obtaining scholarships.

  • Creation of an audiovisual archive of activities programmed by the School or in collaboration with other institutions and entities.


The Office also Coordinates:

  • The management of equipment acquisition in accordance with the School’s Management and the different Departments of the centre.

  • Relations with suppliers and other technical and creative agents in the audiovisual field.

  • Periodic tasks of maintenance and renewal of the audiovisual equipment.

  • The design and conditioning of specific classrooms.

  • The drafting and publishing of audiovisual user manuals.

How to Get There

The Audiovisual Office is located at the end of the left corridor on ESMUC’s 1st floor (Office B122).

Hours

Technical assistance and inquiries (B122): School days, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. / Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Audiovisual equipment self-loan service (A117): School days, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (self-loan). Saturdays and non-holiday Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (self-loan).
External loan service (B122): School days, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. / Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
