Father, cultural manager, and musician. Interested in people, human relationships, artistic expressions, and personal and collective transformation processes. He has worked in various aspects at the intersection of education and culture, from the perspectives of performance, pedagogy, creativity, management, and production.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Escola Municipal de Música de Mataró and as a professor in the subject of People Management Skills in the Production and Management Bachelor’s degree at ESMUC. He also provides training and support to teams, primarily in the educational, social, and artistic fields. He collaborates with ACEM (Associació Catalana d’Escoles de Música).
