The Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya is integrated into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and has been a pioneer in teaching music degrees and different master’s programmes with specific higher education criteria (MECES 2-EQF 6 and MECES 3-EQF 7 levels). These training programs have been verified and accredited by the Agència per a la Qualitat del Sistema Universitari de Catalunya (AQU) based on European standards that ensure their quality. Likewise, the centre has an Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGQ) that complies with European guidelines and is periodically reviewed based on the design favourably evaluated by AQU in 2015, with quarterly satisfaction surveys. The School guarantees, therefore, the quality of undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as their management and continuous improvement.
The report is a document that summarizes the main activities carried out by ESMUC, as well as the most significant data and indicators during an academic year.
