Bachelor's degree in pedagogy and classical violin performance (1993, R.S. Konstervatorium, Munich). Certified teacher of the Alexander Technique (1996, C.T.C., London) after completing the 3-year training. Postgraduate studies in voice and breathing re-education (1996-1998 C.T.C., London). Training in modern singing (Laura Flores) and choral conducting (Manel Cabero). Additional training in Mindfulness, Seitai, meditation, free dance, Integral Voice, Reiki, T'ai Chi Chuan, and U.C.D.M.

Since 1996, she has worked as an Alexander Technique teacher specialised in musicians, offering private consultations, teaching at music schools, international music courses, conservatories, and universities throughout the country. She was a violin teacher, orchestra conductor, and co-director at the Music School of the Collserola Foundation (1997-2002), as well as a violin teacher at the Blackheath Conservatoire of Music (1994-1996, London), The Arts Educational Schools (1994-1996, London), and Waldorf Schule (1986-1992, Munich). She served as the conductor of the amateur choirs Cor Babel and Cor de Butxaca (2004-2010). She was a member of the M.J.O. orchestra in Munich and the Münchner Philharmonie (1986-1993). Currently, she experiences music through improvisation with voice, body, and violin.
