Enric Enrich has been a practicing lawyer in Barcelona since 1980, currently at Enrich Advocats, specialising in general commercial law, entertainment law, and providing advice to companies and individuals in creative industries.

He has expertise in commercial law, international law, intellectual property law, and image rights, subjects he regularly teaches and writes on. He represents both national and international clients in various sectors of the entertainment and cultural industries, assisting with rights protection, contract negotiations and drafting, and dispute resolutions.

Enric Enrich has served as the President of the Intellectual Property and Image Rights Section of the Barcelona Bar Association, and as the chair of the Entertainment and Copyright-Intellectual Property Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

He also serves as an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA, formerly AFMA). He is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL) and ALADDA, the Spanish section of the Association Littéraire et Artistique Internationale (ALAI).

Enric Enrich has been a professor in the Global Entertainment and Music Business Master at Berklee College of Music, a Valencia.

Currently, he teaches in the Postgraduate Programme in Music Industry Business Management (UPF – IDEC); in the Music Business module of the Master's program at the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona, and he serves as an expert in the Online Master's program in Contemporary Art at the Universitat de Barcelona.

He is a speaker in various master's and postgraduate courses on intellectual property and image rights at law schools, music schools, and film schools.
