Learning outcomes (general objectives)
- Have a global vision of the musical phenomenon understood as a product that must be communicated and disseminated to diverse profiles of citizens and consumers.
- Apply sales and commercialisation techniques for products and services in a way adapted to the specificities of music.
- Understand the place of music in the new global environment, as well as interpret the meaning of the spaces of convergence between the logics of communication and culture.
- Understand and apply new communication tools of the digital environment, such as social networks, in the musical field.

Teaching methodology
The teaching‑learning methodology in the classes includes lecture sessions (presentation of topics), debate and discussion sessions, group work sessions and student presentations.
Assessment systems
The assessment system is continuous assessment, based on diagnostic assessment and formalised through summative assessment that leads to the final grade.
Continuous assessment is carried out through different assessment records derived from specific activities such as participation and class work, presentation of work in class, completion of assignments and/or readings outside class, submission of written work or written or oral tests.
