Ordinary enrollment in ESMUC undergraduate studies is done online, with some justified exceptions. The enrollment process includes the selection of subjects that the student will take the following year and the payment of the first instalment derived from this enrollment. Registration is not considered completed if payment is not made within 24 hours.

Registration and preparatory meetings will be held according to the following calendar:
From 9 to 14 h. For the 2nd year enrollment the telephone attention will be on June 21 and 25.

Enrolment Incident Management Form
The Academic Secretary will arrange a date with each accepted student once the academic transcript has been received and the pertinent credit recognition has been made. This process will take the entire month of June.
Information for newly admitted students who wish to recognise ECTS credits already taken within the European Higher Education Area.
The academic transcript must be sent to: secretaria.academica@esmuc.cat
The academic secretary will register the recognised 1st year subjects.
The student can take only 1st year subjects.
Throughout the month of June, the academic secretary will arrange a date and time with the student to formalise enrolment.
The academic secretary will register the recognised 1st and 2nd year subjects.
The student can take the remaining 1st year subjects, as well as 2nd year subjects up to a maximum of 72 credits.
