Arnau Bataller graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he completed the prestigious Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program, having recorded at Paramount Studios on more than 10 occasions.

Among other awards, Arnau Bataller won the prestigious International Film Music Critics Association award for Best Music for TV in 2012 for his music in the series "Ermessenda". In this edition, he competed against other series such as "Game of Thrones", "Downton Abbey", "Dr. Who", and "Sherlock Holmes".

Arnau Bataller has collaborated with well-known film directors such as Fernando León de Aranoa, Jaume Balagueró, Pau Freixes, Mariano Barroso, and others, for whom he has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from high-budget horror and fantasy films to independent television productions.
