With a long trajectory in the world of Catalonia's orchestras, he has held positions as a music documentation manager, technical director, executive director, and manager of the country's main musical ensembles. He was also the founder and first president of the Catalan Association of Professional Orchestras and a board member of the Spanish Association of Symphonic Orchestras.
He has served as the manager of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, technical director of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, and executive director of the Cadaqués Orchestra. Currently, he is the director of SMILE AM&C, an artistic sector consultant company and artist representation agency.
His primary commitment lies in the teams and individuals who make up organisations, emphasizing trust, growth, and shared responsibility.
Currently, he is a professor of Law I and II at ESMUC, Professional Development, and several master's programs.
