Satisfaction surveys

Satisfaction surveys are a fundamental tool that enable ESMUC to understand the interests, needs, expectations, opinions and perceptions of the various groups that make up the centre. Based on this information, the school promotes improvements in its activities to ensure effective management of training and services.
