Incident management and the handling of complaints, claims and suggestions is part of the ESMUC’s Internal Systems for Quality Assurance (process 6.2). It thus becomes an element that generates continuous improvement of the centre, its studies and its cultural and research activities.
This channel also makes it possible for anyone to report facts or behaviour which, in their opinion, infringe the General Code of Conduct or which they consider to be irregular, illegal or criminal. It therefore incorporates the internal alert system established by State Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, as provided for in Government Agreement 160/2023 of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The channel meets all the requirements of article 24 of Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and allows you to make a complaint anonymously. It is not compulsory to leave the name and email address of the person who writes the message but, if you do so, we can send you an acknowledgement of receipt and we can also provide a specific response to your communications.
