Aguilà has been the Director of the Castell de Peralada Festival since 2010. Previously, he was Director of Strategy and Brand, and a member of the Management Committee of the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals.

He has been Director of patronage and member of the Management Committee of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, where he led the patronage program for its reconstruction, as well as during the first decade of the new theatre’s iteration.

Currently, he chairs Festclásica, the association at a Spanish state level that brings together classical music festivals.
