Education

She studied flute with Salvador Gratacós in Barcelona and with Willy Freivogel in Stuttgart (Germany). She also attended numerous courses taught by prestigious flutists such as Jean-Pierre Rampal and Alain Marion, among others.

Subsequently, she studied Baroque traverso with Alain Polak, delving into the interpretation of early music with historical criteria under the guidance of Jordi Savall, Wilbert Hazelzet, Rolf Lislevand, Hopkinson Smith, Ton Koopman, and Marc Hantaï, among others.

She holds a degree from the Conservatori Superior de Música de Barcelona, and completed the Master's Degree in Performance of Early Music (UAB/ESMUC), and later obtained a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with the doctoral thesis "Une flûte en cristal. Les flautes de vidre de Claude Laurent," which was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize in the field of Musicology (2017).

Concerts

As both a soloist and a chamber musician, she has performed in prestigious concert halls such as Palau de la Música Catalana (Barcelona), Auditorio Nacional (Madrid), United Nations Headquarters (New York), Caruth Auditorium (Dallas), L'Auditori de Barcelona, Reina Sofía Art Center (Madrid), Cairo Opera House (Egypt), Gran Teatro de La Habana (Cuba), Nostiz Palast (Prague, Czech Republic), Helferei Hall (Zurich, Switzerland), Txaliapin Hall (Moscow, Russia), Ruben Darío National Theater (Managua, Nicaragua), San José Theater (Costa Rica), National Theater of Panama, and many others. She has recorded for radio and television in Europe, America, and the Middle East.

Notably, she has recently performed in concerts with a glass and silver flute built by Claude Laurent in Paris in 1823.

In addition to several articles, she recently published the book "Las flautas de cristal de Claude Laurent (1774-1849)", 2021, Editorial Círculo Rojo.

Teaching

She has been a professor at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya since 2003.
