Albert Mora

Born in 1961, Albert Mora has been the Principal Flutist of the Gran Teatre del Liceu Symphony Orchestra since 1987.
He was a student of Paul Meisen at the Musikhochschule in Munich and has been greatly influenced by Sergiu Celibidache. He is a regular collaborator with orchestras and chamber ensembles (ONCA, Ensemble CGAC de Santiago, Barcelona 216, OBC, etc.).
He has recorded solo works and has participated in recordings with various artists and ensembles.
Albert Mora has been a flute and chamber music professor at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) since 2002. He also teaches at the Escola de Música de Barcelona and at the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra Academy.
