The main purpose of his stay at ESMUC is direct observation and knowledge exchange regarding production organisation in higher music education institutions. Throughout the week, he will gain insight into how the School plans and coordinates concerts and activities, how responsibilities are distributed among technical teams, and how communication, decision-making and resource allocation processes are managed. Lövmark is also interested in observing the collaboration between production and audiovisual teams and teachers, students, artists and administrative staff, and in comparing these procedures with those at KMH to identify potential improvements or shared approaches.

During the visit, he will meet with the Production and Audiovisual Services teams and closely follow several activities, including the production of the Robert Gerhard Biennial, both at ESMUC and at the concert scheduled in Valls. This will allow him to observe the full development of a production, from preparation and setup to execution and return, including work carried out outside the School.

At the end of the mobility, Lövmark will share his observations with the KMH team and management, with the aim of strengthening the professional relationship between the two institutions and laying the groundwork for future exchanges and collaborations in the field of music production.
