Pérez Molina Lourdes

Member of the piano duo formed by the Pérez Molina brothers.

Education

She studied at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona, the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, and the Manhattan School of Music in New York, where he obtained a Master's and a Doctorate in Musical Arts.

Concerts

As a piano duo, they have toured Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria, the United States, and Colombia. As soloists, they have performed with theOrquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya, the European Union Chamber Orchestra,, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Florida (U.S.A.), the Real Filharmonía de Galicia, the Orquestra "Solistes de Catalunya", under the baton of Antoni Ros Marbà and Christian Zacharias, among others.

Recordings

They have several CDs recorded and a considerable number of recordings for various radio and television channels, both in Spain and abroad.

Awards

They have been distinguished with numerous chamber music awards: Vo Concurso Permanente de Juventudes Musicales de España (1st prize), IIon Concurs Yamaha (2nd Prize), International Chamber Music Competition of Paris ("Amis de Mozart" Special Prize), Finale Ligure-Italy (1st Prize), Caltanisseta-Italy (2nd Prize-1st Classif.), Murray Dranoff Competition in Miami, U.S.A. (3rd Prize), and the"Artists International 1993" in New York, which provided them with their debut at Carnegie Hall's Weill Hall in New York City.
