Education

 



She is a pianist, musicologist, pedagogue, and composer. She graduated in History and Music Sciences from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1999). She also holds a DESE, Master's, and DEA in Musicology from the same university (2002, 2003, and 2004, respectively).

She received a scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technology as part of the FPI (Research Staff Training) program at the Department of Musicology of CSIC in Barcelona. She also conducted research and internships at the Bayerische Staadtsbibliotek, the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität in Munich (2000), Zentral-Redaktion RISM in Frankfurt (2001), and the Archive of the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial (2002 and 2004).

Research

She has participated in research projects such as "La circulació de la música en l'Antiga Corona d'Aragó, 1600-1850" (CSIC, 2000-2003), and "La versió barcelonina del Cosí fan tutte (1798)" (UAB, 2012-13). Currently, she is working on her doctoral thesis studying keyboard music in Catalonia in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.

She has been a Bachelor’s degree professor of Music Theory, Piano, Chamber Music, and Composition at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu (2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004, respectively).

She currently is a teacher at the Conservatori Professional de Música de Girona and at ESMUC.
