The program offers a maximum of\u00a0<strong>20 places<\/strong>, and selected students will obtain 2 ECTS credits from the <a href=\"https:\/\/nmh.no\/en\">NMH (Norwegian Academy of Music, Oslo<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deadline to submit applications is\u00a0<strong>August 15th<\/strong>. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis until all available places are filled. Admitted students will be registered in the NMH academic system, will have access to the Canvas platform, and will obtain 2 ECTS credits. Furthermore, they will receive an academic certificate that will allow them to request the recognition of these credits at their home university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course will be led by&nbsp;<strong>Inkeri Jaakkola<\/strong>&nbsp;(SibA) and&nbsp;<strong>Ram Reuven<\/strong>&nbsp;(NMH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IN.TUNE course<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This offer consists of providing a&nbsp;<strong>structured framework<\/strong>&nbsp;for the development and refinement of advanced skills in presenting academic work within a simulated conference environment. Throughout eight online sessions, students will attend keynote lectures, presentations, roundtables, and collaborative discussions. The course aims to promote inter-institutional academic collaboration and support participants in carrying out their tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project aims to ensure&nbsp;<strong>discussion-based participation<\/strong>. The initiative objective is for students to demonstrate specialized knowledge and a critical understanding of academic conference practices. Furthermore, it intends for them to learn to develop and articulate complex arguments effectively to strengthen communication skills for international discourse and dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed tens la traducci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest text a l\u2019angl\u00e8s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposal focuses on fostering\u00a0<strong>autonomy\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>critical engagement<\/strong>\u00a0in educational activities. Through guided workshops, peer feedback, and group sessions, students will articulate research ideas in a professional context and interact with diverse perspectives. The course supports learning and helps participants gain confidence in their ability to contribute to the sharing of musical topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Structure<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course structure consists of&nbsp;<strong>8 weekly online sessions<\/strong>, each lasting&nbsp;<strong>125 minutes<\/strong>, divided into two modules: a&nbsp;<strong>training module<\/strong>&nbsp;(theoretical part) and a&nbsp;<strong>conference module<\/strong>&nbsp;(practical part). There are essential conditions to pass the course: 1) attendance at scheduled lessons is mandatory. An absence exceeding 20% will generally result in failing the course; 2) participation in discussions and feedback; 3) submission of a reflection note (800 words), by December 15th at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All course requirements must be met for students to receive a&nbsp;<strong>final evaluation<\/strong>. This evaluation is awarded on a pass\/fail basis as determined by the faculty. Students who fail will have to apply to retake the course for a new opportunity, and will only be able to do so if there are available places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IN.TUNE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g643571\" class=\"section-g643571 gutentor-element gutentor-element-advanced-text wp-block-gutentor-e0\"><div class=\"gutentor-text-wrap\"><p class=\"gutentor-text\"><br>The\u00a0<strong>European university alliance IN.TUNE<\/strong>\u00a0(Innovative Universities in Music &amp; Arts in Europe) is the first European network of higher education institutions specialized in music and arts working together to transform the sector on a European scale. It is part of the European Commission\u2019s European Universities initiative, within the Erasmus+ program, and brings together eight institutions from different European countries, including ESMUC,
