The Audiovisual Office will provide the means for sound engineering and\/or audiovisual recording and audiovisual post-production of the activities requested by the academic, communication, production, and management departments of the centre.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The technical proposal for the implementation of this service is at the discretion of the Office. In this regard, the Office may take charge of the execution or propose, depending on the complexity of the activity and the availability of resources (both material and human), self-production (providing the petitioner with technical advice, equipment and implementation support), or the outsourcing of part of, or the whole service when deemed appropriate.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Recordings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Three specific lines of recordings or material to be preserved can be defined:<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Main Recording<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

This recording is of documentary interest, public dissemination, and\/or involves the public image of the School. Processes that ensure maximum quality (professional recording, editing, mastering, etc.) are required.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once edited and mastered, the recorded material will be catalogued and stored in the centre’s audiovisual repository. The registered material is initially for internal use, and its dissemination is subject to the regulations of any publication or external dissemination.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Recordings of Documentary Interest<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

No post-production is needed. It will be catalogued and stored in the centre\u2019s audiovisual repository. It is intended for internal consultation only.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We understand documentary recordings as the audiovisual material that bears witness to the daily activities of the centre. Their purpose is purely documentary, and they do not need any post-production work.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Included in this category are: recordings of conferences and presentations, master classes, documentation of concerts or activities, interviews, and academic activities that, outside the scope of Sonology, require recordings.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once completed, the recorded material will be catalogued and stored in the centre\u2019s audiovisual repository. The recorded material is initially for internal use, and its dissemination is subject to the regulations of any publication or external dissemination.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Recordings of a Teaching Nature without Documentary Interest<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

These include recordings made as part of a teaching activity that do not hold documentary value for the school.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This category includes recordings intended for: scholarships and competitions, academic practices, and Final Project recordings.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For this type of recordings, self-production is suggested. The Office is committed to providing students and teaching staff with the necessary audiovisual support, offering technical advice and equipment through the Self-Loan Service.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The recorded material is considered to have a temporary value, and its archiving and cataloguing is not necessary.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
