This section is for the Escola Superior de M\u00fasica de Catalunya (ESMUC) to provide that information and data required by Law 19\/2014 of the 29th<\/sup> of December, regarding transparency, access to public information and good governanc<\/a>e<\/a>, so that anyone can know the resources available to the School and their use.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Regulatory Framework<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

ESMUC was created by a government agreement of the Generalitat de Catalunya on the 10th<\/sup> of October, 2000. In 2001, its management was entrusted to the Fundaci\u00f3 Escola Superior de M\u00fasica de Catalunya (DOGC 3530 of December 2001), and the school opened its doors by implementing the Higher Music Studies Plan, DECREE 63\/2001, of the 20th<\/sup> of February.
In the 2010-2011 academic year, the new curriculum was launched within the framework of artistic education arrangement and its insertion in the European Space for Higher Education. The Higher Degree in music is regulated by the following legislation:\u00f3:<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
