Alba Roca was born in Berga.

 She studied violin with Jesus Bay, Eva Graubin, Sergio Prieto and Corrado Bolsi. Specializes in the interpretation of ancient music and studied baroque violin with Emilio Moreno and attended the Baroque interpretation courses in the Department of Ancient Music Conservatory of Paris CNR.
    He played with prestigious international Orchestras, devoted to the historical interpretation as Le Concert des Nations, Les Arts Florissants, Le Concert Français, Gli unknowns, the Assamblée December curieux honnest, Vísperas Arnadí of Al Ayre Español, L’Orquestra Barroca Catalana, Orquesta barroca de Sevilla, El Concierto Español , Academia 1750 Concerto Soave, Le Café Zimmerman, la Fenice and has ... recording for Alia Vox, Arsis, Harmonia Mundi, Alpha, and looks Zigzag Territoires.
 In 2001 he founded the Quartet Albada, group  which has linked up to the year 2010.
 He has been Co-Artistic Director of the Festival de Música Antigua de Berga during the years 2009 and 2010.
    In spheres docente she is professor of violin and Chamber Music of the Conservatory Isaac Albéniz Provincial Council of Girona. From the year 2007 teach baroque violin classes in the Aula de Música Antiga promoted this same center with students from  different places of Spain and the abroad. She  is currently professor of baroque violin at the ESMUC.
