International Mobility
The Erasmus+ program, approved by the European Parliament for the period 2014-2020 includes education, training, youth and sport initiatives at all levels: school, vocational training, higher education and adult education.
This program, in which the Esmuc participates fully, focuses on formal and informal learning beyond the borders of the EU, with a clear aim of internationalization and the objective of improving the educational and training capacities of people.

Insurance and deadlines
European Union citizens are entitled to circulate freely and reside in the country were they are studying. To study abroad it is advisable to have some kind of medical insurance, though.
European Union citizens covered by Social Security in their country may also have this insurance in Spain. They must obtain the European Health Card before leaving the country.
